Logistics Specialist, WinShape Camps for Girls (Full-Time)

Ensure excellence and continual improvement of operational systems, while providing logistical support for WinShape Camps for Girls.

  • Evaluate and implement new operational systems to ensure the efficiency and effectiveness of camp

  • Serve as the primary operational contact for internal WinShape partners, creating schedules and facilitating operational and logistical needs for year-round events

  • Serve as the onsite Logistics Specialist at Mount Berry during the summer

Server (Part-Time)

The Dining Server 2 assists in creating a positive guest experience through the execution of food and beverage events at WinShape Retreat. This includes establishing an atmosphere of hospitality and operational excellence while meeting the corporate and specific needs of our guests.

  • Perform a variety of cleaning tasks, as instructed, to ensure total cleanliness and smooth operation of the dining experience at WinShape Retreat

  • Communicate with Food Service staff, as needed, regarding food items to execute breaks outside of the Great Hall

  • Ensure a positive guest dining experience during a guest’s stay at WinShape Retreat

Housekeeper (Part-Time)

Ensure the highest quality guest experience by cleaning and preparing the retreat buildings as well as other locations on the mountain campus.

  • Remove soiled linens from guest rooms and take them to the Laundry Department

  • Sweep entrances to buildings and remove cobwebs

  • Clean guest rooms, perform stay overs and turnovers as assigned within standard guidelines

Cook (Part-Time)

The Cook 2 position is responsible for cleaning and organizing Food Service areas, equipment and china. This position will assist in all areas of food preparation and back-up the steward position.

  • Prep, cook, present, and store the product in the Food Service department to the expectation of the Manager of Food Services and Health Department

  • Clean and sanitize all areas of the Food Service department including, but not limited to: sweeping and mopping of floors, work tables, equipment, plates, glasses, silverware, pots and pans and removal of garbage

  • Assist with load check-in, storage of product, dining room areas set up and break down, inventory and organization of Food Service department

Guest Services Associate – Normandy Inn

This position will assist in creating a positive guest experience through the execution of events at the Normandy Inn. This includes establishing an atmosphere of hospitality and operational excellence while meeting the corporate and specific needs of our guests at the Normandy Inn.

  • Perform a variety of cleaning tasks, as instructed, to ensure total cleanliness and smooth operation of the guest experience at the Normandy Inn

  • Ensure sufficient food, paper goods, and other inventory is available to execute breaks and meals at the Normandy Inn

  • Assist with load check-in, storage of product, dining room areas set up and break down, inventory and organization of the Normandy Inn

Assistant Director, Sales, Events and Conference Services (Full-Time)

The Assistant Director, Sales, Events and Conference Services provides leadership for all personnel and oversees the execution of all activities within Sales, Events, and Conference Services. These departments provide services to all of WinShape Foundation. The Assistant Director provides strategic direction; creates, implements, and monitors both systems and standards of excellence to best meet needs of guests of the WinShape Foundation. This position serves on the WSF Operations leadership team and plays an active role in determining the strategic direction of WSF Operations.

  • Provides leadership and oversight for Sales, Events, and Conference Services

  • Guides the development of annual goals and plans for the department to support the vision and purpose of WinShape Foundation

  • Leads the execution of the activities to achieve the WinShape Foundation Purpose and departmental goals.

Guest Services Team Member 2 (Part-Time)

This position will look after the needs of each guest upon arrival, throughout their stay, and during the check-out process. The Guest Services Team Member 2 should display a knowledgeable and professional manner to provide the best retreat experience possible for each guest.

  • Perform activities required for providing services to the guests of the retreat, including but not limited to greeting guests in the parking lot, assisting with baggage, guest check in/check outs, room key distribution, guest information in Maestro, retail cash register, reports/programming, and restocking guest literature

  • Serve as the first line of contact between guests in conjunction with individual and group needs, facilities issues, and any other inquiry

  • Monitor Grand Chalet hospitality equipment and drink station to ensure that it is adequately stocked and that the equipment is properly maintained

Camper Care Specialist (Full-Time)

Assist in creating and cultivating relationships with campers, parents and summer staff for WinShape Camps for Girls. Provide leadership to the Cabin Life summer staff, and serve as the facilitator and an acting member of the Summer Leadership Team at Mt Berry.

  • Assist in the selection of summer personnel and provide training support during the year to ensure the highest quality of character, chemistry and competencies

  • Cultivate relationships with parents and nurture relationships with campers year round in the area of spiritual, emotional, physical, social and character development

  • Monitor camper capacity by maintaining effective records and provide marketing support
