Guest Services Team Member 2 (Part-Time)
This position will look after the needs of each guest upon arrival, throughout their stay, and during the check-out process. The Guest Services Team Member 2 should display a knowledgeable and professional manner to provide the best retreat experience possible for each guest.
Perform activities required for providing services to the guests of the retreat, including but not limited to greeting guests in the parking lot, assisting with baggage, guest check in/check outs, room key distribution, guest information in Maestro, retail cash register, reports/programming, and restocking guest literature
Serve as the first line of contact between guests in conjunction with individual and group needs, facilities issues, and any other inquiry
Monitor Grand Chalet hospitality equipment and drink station to ensure that it is adequately stocked and that the equipment is properly maintained
